We offer both individual coaching and group programmes, and pricing depends on what level of support you’re looking for.
1-on-1 coaching we set the price together based on your needs, including weekly sessions and between-session support.
Workshops for clubs start at 150€ and can be customised to your needs.
Our 12-week programme is a full mental training experience – pricing and spots are limited, so we recommend joining the waiting list early.

We don’t just teach breathing techniques. We show athletes how to trust them, use them, and build calm into their routine.
