12-week core program
Through a blend of practical exercises, mindfulness techniques, and leadership training, athletes will enhance their mental strength and learn to perform at their best under pressure. By the end of the program, participants will have a personal mental toolkit to boost their athletic performance, foster deeper self-awareness, and maintain peak mental health.
What to Expect: A 12-week online journey featuring recorded sessions, comprehensive workbooks, and 6 live Zoom calls. Plus, 6 transformative breathwork sessions and ongoing group support.

At Strikemind Academy, we create custom mental training workshops designed specifically for your club’s needs. Whether your bowlers are struggling with pressure, focus, or emotional regulation, we bring tools they can use immediately – right there on the lanes.
Breathe to Stay Calm: A science-based session that teaches young athletes how to use breathwork to regulate stress, improve focus, and stay grounded during high-pressure moments. Simple techniques. Big shifts.

Mental Calm on the Lanes: Ractical routines and mental strategies for staying emotionally stable during play – before, during, and after each frame. Designed to help athletes feel steady, confident, and in control.
Led by Johan Söderström.

One-on-One Coaching:
Our individual coaching sessions are designed to support athletes who are ready to build confidence, improve focus, and stay grounded under pressure.
What to Expect: Personalised mental coaching focused on mindset, emotional tools, and staying calm under pressure. Sessions are tailored to each athlete’s needs, style, and goals.
Benefits: Sharper focus and mental clarity, tools to manage stress and pressure, better routines and emotional stability, stronger self-awareness and mindset habits
Duration: 1 session per week (45–60 mins), via Zoom, includes tasks, check-ins, and WhatsApp support between sessions and during tournaments
