To redefine success in sport by making mindset, self-leadership, and awareness the foundation of every athlete’s journey.
We train athletes to lead themselves first – with calm focus, emotional strength, and grounded confidence – so they can strike with clarity when it matters most.
Who Do We Help
Strikemind is for athletes in bowling, golf, and tennis who want more than just trophies.
They’re aiming for mental strength, emotional balance, and personal growth that lasts well beyond the game.
We support young athletes – and their parents – in developing the mindset and inner stability needed to perform under pressure and grow with confidence.
Our core focus is on youth bowlers who are ready to train their minds as intentionally as they train their technique.
We work with players who want to stay grounded in competition, build resilience, and become leaders – on the lanes, and in life.
The Problems We Solve
Honesty
We speak truth – with ourselves, with others, and in how we show up. No pretending, no performance. Just real growth through real talk.
Resilience
We rise, fall, and rise again – because mental strength is built in the comeback. Every challenge is a learning proces.
Leadership
We take full responsibility – for our mindset, our effort, and our attitude. No blaming, no excuses. Just ownership of the game we play, inside and out.
We use proven methods from sports psychology, neuroscience, and mindset coaching to train focus, emotional regulation, and resilience. This isn’t fluffy theory – it’s practical brain-based tools that actually work under pressure.
Every athlete is different, so we meet them where they are. Through one-to-one or group coaching, we help them understand their own patterns, work through mental blocks, and grow in a way that feels real and relevant to them.
No sugar-coating here. We have honest, down-to-earth conversations that go beyond technique. We talk about fear, frustration, self-doubt, and what it really takes to grow – not just as an athlete, but as a person.
Athletes don’t just need performance hacks – they need tools to handle stress, bounce back from failure, communicate better, and stay calm under fire. These emotional skills serve them not just on the lanes, but in everyday life and future leadership.
Focused on Young Bowlers
Johan
About 75% of my free time? You’ll find me in a bowling alley – coaching, encouraging, and helping young bowlers level up, frame by frame.
Aleksandra
I’ve published over 10 children’s books (yes, my imagination runs wild – and kids love it). I’ve written 2 books on conscious parenting, because let’s be honest – we’re all just figuring it out, one meltdown at a time.
Johan
I’ve been in love with the sport since 1974, when I got my very first bowling ball (yes, it was a big moment). Outside the lanes, I work at a psychiatric clinic, supporting people through their daily mental and emotional challenges. Helping others find stability and strength – whether in life or in sport – is what I do best.

In 2015, I was honoured with an Innovation Award from the Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia – proof that bold ideas can go a long way (even from a teen mum with big dreams).
